At ModishFits.store, we understand that formal wear is an investment. Our return policy is designed to be as sharp and precise as our suits, ensuring that you never have to settle for a fit that is less than perfect.
3.1 Eligibility for Return
You may initiate a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The Fit Guarantee: The garment does not match the size specifications ordered.
- Quality Variance: There is a verifiable manufacturing defect in the stitching, fabric, or hardware (buttons/zippers).
- Incorrect Item: You received a different color or style than what was confirmed in your order.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control, the following cannot be returned:
- Altered garments (if you have made local adjustments to the suit).
- Undergarments or socks.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Vault Clearance.”
- Any garment showing signs of wear, fragrance/cologne scent, or damage post-delivery.
3.3 The Return Process
- Initiation: Contact
returns@modishfits.storewith your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. - Inspection: For defect-based returns, please attach high-resolution photos showing the issue.
- Collection: Once approved, our logistics partner will collect the item from your address. Please ensure it is packed in its original garment bag and box.
3.4 Refunds & Store Credit
- Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for sizing issues to ensure you get the right fit.
- Store Credit (The Preferred Choice): Receive 100% of the value back as ModishFits credit, allowing you to choose a different style immediately.
- Bank Refunds: If a refund is required, it will be processed via Bank Transfer or your original digital payment method within 12–15 working days after the item passes our quality inspection.
3.5 Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item/defect), ModishFits covers all shipping costs. For returns based on a “Change of Mind,” a standard logistics fee of PKR 500 will be deducted from the refund amount.
