We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show patterns of “Refusal to Accept” (RTO) on COD orders without valid justification.
2.2 Product Accuracy and Color Variance
We utilize high-fidelity photography to represent the texture and color of our fabrics. However, please note that:
- Digital Discrepancy: Variations in screen brightness and calibration can lead to slight differences between the digital image and the physical garment.
- Fabric Batches: Natural fabrics like wool or cotton may show minor variations in weave or shade between different production lots.
2.3 Pricing and Payment Obligations
- Market Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs and import duties.
- Duty & Tax: All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable sales taxes in Pakistan unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Payment Failure: In the event of a failed digital transaction, the order will be placed on “Hold” for 24 hours before automatic cancellation.

The ModishFits brand name, logo, proprietary tailoring guides, and editorial content are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use of our “Style Blueprints” or marketing assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.

ModishFits.store shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.
